If you want to discover the cuisine of Provence, several solutions are available. Come and learn how to cook the emblematic products of the region: zucchini from Nice, tomatoes, Provençal vegetables, Mediterranean fish, and desserts.

At the "Notes de Cuisine" workshop, Laurence welcomes you in small groups to introduce you to the cuisine of the County of Nice.

Chef Alain Llorca invites you to the kitchens of his gourmet restaurant (1 Michelin star) to attend one of his classes. His brother Chef Jean-Michel Llorca offers pastry workshops.
