Santon Fair in Mouans Sartoux

In the pure Provençal tradition, the santon fair offers visitors hundreds of earthenware figurines, of various sizes, dressed in fabrics, painted or varnished. More than twenty santonniers present their collections. The art of the santonnier consists in creating original models by sculpting in clay, making a plaster mold, and painting manually with precision brushes.
